Yesterday, Daymark’s Board of Directors unanimously elected Larry Reilly as its new chair.  Larry joined our Board last year and we are excited to have his insight and leadership going forward. 

Larry lectures at the Yale School of the Environment and is a Principal at Rosewood Consulting, LLC. He served as President and CEO of Central Vermont Public Service Corporation (CVPS) from March 2011 through June 2012. Prior to joining CVPS, Larry spent 26 years with National Grid USA and its predecessor company, New England Electric System (NEES), in a variety of positions of increasing responsibility including President of the NEES Distribution Companies and Executive Vice President, Legal and Regulatory.

In addition to his role on Daymark’s Board, he currently serves as Chair of the Vermont Electric Power Company’s (VELCO) Board of Directors, on the Board of Green Mountain Power Corporation, as vice chair of the Electricity Committee of the Infrastructure and Regulated Industries Section of the American Bar Association, on the Advisory Board of the McGill Executive Institute, on the Board of Overseers of the Rhode Island Philharmonic Orchestra, and as Treasurer of the Samuel Huntington Foundation, Inc.

Larry holds a bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at Albany, a law degree from Boston University School of Law, and a master’s degree in city and regional planning from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.

Larry succeeds Carrie Gilbert, who has served as chair since 2018. Marc D. Montalvo, President, thanked Carrie “for her service to the Board and her unwavering dedication to our team and this firm.”
