Ms. Kelly’s principal practice areas are organizational and business process effectiveness, regulatory policy and case strategy, economic and integrated resource planning, and management audits.
Ms. Kelly spent 18 years with Lummus Consultants International (formerly Stone & Webster Management Consultants), as director and practice leader of the utility management and planning practice. She began her career at Boston Edison Company where she held positions in demand side resource adoption and pricing and in forecasting and planning, advancing to the director of regulatory policy during industry restructuring.
Ms. Kelly holds an M.B.A in finance from Northeastern University and a B.S. in mathematics from University of Massachusetts.Daymark Energy Advisors is pleased to announce that Kathleen A.
