Our team here at Daymark is excited to congratulate Osaka Gas USA on its acquisition of 15% of the equity in the Three Rivers Energy Center, a 1,250 MW natural gas-fueled, combined-cycle electric generation facility under development in Illinois. The facility’s operational flexibility will support the growing deployment of renewable generation. This facility will sell electricity in PJM’s wholesale electricity market and is scheduled to begin commercial operations in May 2023. Daymark was proud to work in an advisory role to Osaka Gas USA on the transaction.
