Delia Warren, Senior Consultant

Delia works closely with clients to deliver multi-faceted work scopes across a broad range of projects. In her consulting work, she leads in-depth supply chain assessments, provides market entry advisory services, and delivers strategic advice to clients including offshore and onshore wind developers, governments, economic development agencies, and industry associations.  Delia is a mechanical engineer with an MBA and 15 years of experience in the offshore energy sector including industry development services for offshore wind, plus offshore pipeline and subsea structural design engineering for oil and gas.
