Chris advises clients developing clean energy resources, supports transaction due diligence, and facilitates engagement with ISO/RTO markets. His consulting work focuses on wholesale market operations, resource interconnection with recent focus on offshore wind and energy storage systems, and regulatory and environmental policy. He helps clients understand market fundamentals and navigate complex market rules and regulations, providing actionable business strategies. He has worked in all the U.S. organized wholesale electric power markets and has deep experience in NYISO and CAISO.
